Mathis and Dietrich Promoted to Partner; Jacobs Welcomed to Team

ST. LOUIS – Greater St. Louis, Inc. has unveiled the elevation of Lakesha Mathis and Greg Dietrich to Partner status, along with welcoming Sarah Jacobs as the newest member of the Business Growth team.

“In our efforts to strengthen our organization and better serve our mission to drive regional growth, we are pleased to elevate two outstanding team members, Lakesha Mathis and Greg Dietrich, to partners,” stated Managing Partner Ron Kitchens. “Both have demonstrated unwavering commitment and dedication to our mission, embodying the leadership qualities our region needs to thrive. We look forward to their continued contributions.”

Lakesha Mathis leads the Community Engagement team at Greater St. Louis, Inc., where she has been instrumental in developing the SupplySTL and Diverse Business Accelerator programs. Before joining Greater St. Louis, Inc., Mathis served as Director for Inclusive Business Solutions at the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Greg Dietrich directs the organization’s Marketing team. Prior to the merger that created Greater St. Louis, Inc., Dietrich served as Senior Vice President for Marketing at AllianceSTL. His career includes marketing positions with regional technology and software firms. Dietrich earned his bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University and his master’s degree from Saint Louis University.

Greater St. Louis, Inc. is also strengthening its Business Growth team by bringing on Sarah Jacobs as Senior Director.

Sarah Jacobs is relocating to St. Louis from Georgia, where she served as President and CEO of the Coweta County Development Authority. Her previous experience includes serving as Economic Development Manager for Spire Energy and as part of the Business Attraction team for the Regional Chamber and Growth Association in St. Louis. Jacobs holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Maryville University.

“Sarah’s background and expertise will significantly enhance our Business Growth team and strengthen our capacity to foster job creation and economic development,” Kitchens remarked. “We are thrilled to welcome her back to the St. Louis community.”

The promotions of Mathis and Dietrich take effect immediately, while Jacobs will begin her role on Wednesday, April 15.
