Pop-Pop Hurray!, a gourmet popcorn shop, has launched its third location at 11th Street and Locust through the Downtown Retail Incentive program. Browse more than 50 distinctive popcorn flavors, ranging from traditional cheese to the signature STL blend, all freshly prepared daily.
Owner and CEO Tony Davis has relocated Pop-Pop Hurray!’s manufacturing and order fulfillment operations to the Downtown site, strengthening this STLMade company’s foothold in the area.
The Downtown Retail Incentive program enables entrepreneurs like Davis to establish or grow their businesses Downtown, with financial support available for exterior signage, store renovations, and additional enhancements. Situated near Washington Avenue at 1100 Locust, Pop-Pop Hurray! welcomes customers Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
